Battery-Free Ganz The Dani Fusion 2.0

The Dani Fusion 2.0 from Battery-Free Ganz is an improved version of the Dani Fusion 1.0 and has been optimised in the important areas so that it can continue to play at the forefront of TEDs. BFG (Battery-Free Ganz) listens to the community and improves according to their wishes. One of the few manufacturers to whom customer feedback is extremely important.

The components of the Dani Fusion 2.0 in Detail:

• Titanium chamber: the chamber can hold up to 0.2 grams of herbs. For a good, even extraction, you should not stuff the herbs too tightly so that sufficient airflow can be created.
• Airflow control: You can adjust the airflow of the Dani Fusion 2.0 to different positions. This enables good individualisation of the airflow and contributes to a smooth extraction.
• The CCD screen is made of robust stainless steel and does not bend as easily as other TEDs.
• The Fusion 2 uses 4 larger Viton O-rings for the tip-to-stem connection with an outer diameter of 7.5-8 mm and a thickness of 1 mm and 2 smaller Viton O-rings for the inner part, each with an outer diameter of 6 mm and a thickness of 1 mm.
• The stainless steel cap is fitted with 2 silver rings and is Induction Heater ready (does not work with our Cuboo Heater but with the WAND)
• The wooden versions use a stem made of Vietnamese tracwood with a stainless steel lining to protect the wood from the vapor.
• The new metal stem is made of 100% stainless steel and consists of two sections that are layered inside each other with the help of O-rings. This design helps to cool the vapours more efficiently and quickly. Despite repeated continuous heating, the stem remains cool to the touch.
• The condenser inside the stem cools the vapour and makes it smooth to inhale.
• The titanium drip tip feels good on the lips and sets the Dani Fusion 2 apart from other TEDs.
• The waxed leather case is now softer than the old cases and offers you storage space and a way to twist off the hot cap after use if you want to refill it straight away.

What are the improvements of the Fusion 2.0 compared to the Fusion 1.0?

• The titanium chamber is now slightly larger and offers you the option of a half-bowl setting for micro dosing, similar to the DynaVap. The threads have been reduced from 4 to 3 so you need less time to unscrew the cap from the tip.
• The silver rings offer a quick heating function. Each ring is positioned differently to allow individual adjustment of the vaporisation for MTL or DRL.
• The thermal disc (the clicker) has a higher temperature setting compared to the Dani Fusion 1.0, so you need to heat for a shorter time over the click to get a strong extraction.
• The cap is nice and thick and can therefore store a lot of heat for a longer period of time.
• No turning of the Dani Fusion 2.0 is required during the heating process. So you can use your jet flame lighter more intuitively.
• The new Dani Fusion 2.0 cools the vapour even better than its predecessor and remains cool to the touch even after several heating cycles.
• The new wooden stems no longer have an airport, but instead have 4 holes that help to cool the vapor, but no longer have any influence on the airflow!
• Easy cleaning of the individual parts with isopropanol alcohol.

How do you use the Dani Fusion 2.0?

The principle is the same as with any other TED. Herbs are packed into the top of the chamber. Approx. 0.2 grams fit in the new Dani. You should pack the herbs loosely. Then screw on the cap and heat either with a jet flame lighter or an IH (it is best to use the WAND) until it clicks. You should start at the point where the silver rings are with the lighter and can of course also heat for 3-5 seconds over the click, depending on your requirements and the desired extraction. TEDs have a learning curve, but it is easy to master. Experiment with different options, such as the distance and size of the flame, to get the result you want.

Cleaning:

As soon as changes in flavour occur or it becomes difficult to pull the appliance, it is time to clean it with isopropanol. You can soak all metal parts in it. The wooden stems are best cleaned with a Q-tip and alcohol. Please be careful not to damage the wood. You can rub the wood with a maintenance material such as wood wax at any time so that you can enjoy it for a long time.
