Payment options

Why can't we offer more payment options? Because PayPal, Klarna, and other services refuse to support our product range. This includes seeds, CBD, bongs and many other cannabis-related items. They don’t even bother to tell us which specific products are affected.

Since we want to offer you a wide selection of products, we are more than happy to ditch politically motivated payment providers that are based in other countries anyway and couldn't care less about our local laws.

We would much rather give you a discount than feed these payment processors. That’s why you get a 2% discount when paying in advance via bank transfer.

We accept the following methods of payment:

For deliveries within Germany you have the following options:

  •     advance payment via bank transfer
  •     Payment via credit card

For deliveries in other countries you have the following options:

  •     advance payment via bank transfer
  •     payment via credit card

Further explanations about the payment methods:

Advance payment, credit card, cash on delivery or Sofort: You have the option to choose the payment method during the ordering process

Advance payment: You transfer the money to our bank account and we will send out your order as soon as we recieve a payment confirmation.

In our shop in Berlin (only after prior arrangement): Payment via cash, Kredit- or EC-card.

Safety measures for online shopping:

If you didn't recieve a confirmation mail for your delivery or an answer to your inquiry after 24 hours (on working days), please send us an additional message. Sometimes emails get lost in the delivery process (due to typing errors or other complications) or end up in a spam folder.

We know there are black sheep out there in the world of internet shopping, but we are not one of them. Since security certification is in our opinion rather a way to make money for the companies handing out these certificates, we want to gain your trust  in a different way. We will answer to every mail as fast as possible, every payment will be confirmed via email and your order will be sent out the same day you make the payment (on week days).
