National and international shipping

Shipping time and price:
Germany:
We send out orders immediately after payment confirmation, Mo-Fr until 2pm.
No shipping on 24.12 and 31.12. because DHL doesen´t pick up on these days.
Germany/DHL 5,90€, (no shipping cost for orders over 50€). Shipping time of ca. 1-2 days, delivery Mo-Sa.
DHL usually delivers within 24 hours. If you are not able to accept the package in person you can pick it up at a post or DHL branch or package station close to your address within the next 7 days.
Shipping cost within the EU:
EU shipping with DHL for 17,00€ (no shipping cost for orders over 100€). Shipping time 3-10 days, Mo-Fr.
Shipping cost outside of the EU with DHL:
No shipping to Ukraine! Sorry!
Great Britain UK: 28,00 Euro
Lichtenstein: 28,00 Euro
Norway: 28,00 Euro
Switzerland: 28,00 Euro
USA/Canada: We do not ship in this times, hopefully later again.
Express shipping national and international
- Insured DHL Express shipping (we ship immediately after receipt of payment Mon-Fri until 3 pm)
- Germany-wide delivery on the following day, EU in 2 working days and internationally in 4 working days from Mon-Fri
- Neutral packaging
- Neutral sender
- Email with tracking number for tracking purposes
- Shipping costs: GER: 24,90€ / EU: 49,90€ / INT: 149,00€
- No hazardous goods: devices with batteries, alcohol or gas
- Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to security and customs checks, which may extend the delivery time by a few days. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this.
We guarantee you to send out the order as soon as we recieve the payment confirmation (Mo-Fr till 13:00). DHL picks up deliveries from us Mo-Fr. You will recieve a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your delivery on your browser. DHL begins to show the course of the delivery only after it was scanned in their depot. This takes place some time after it was picked up from us.
Please note that we are not responsible for the shipping itself and have no way of influencing the delivery duration. If you have questions regarding the status of your delivery check the tracking status first. Please check also your spam folder, if you didn't receive a confirmation mail in time. We are happy to help, if all this wasn't successful. Please keep your order number ready when contacting us.
