Meet the FMJ 24K Gold. A Full Metal Jacket constructed to extract a full chamber in 1 heat cycle. Made from 99.99% Copper and is gold plated, the FMJ 24K Gold can transform your cap into a powerful one-hitter. How? Simply slide the jacket onto a CAPTIVE CAP. The FMJ 24K Gold will change the way you use a DynaVap vapcap.

Why 24K gold?

After extensive testing, Simrell learned that stainless steel, silver, and titanium delivered an inferior experience to the copper FMJ. No matter what heat source you use, torch or induction heater, the performance was not the same. With 24K gold, we are able to give you the same extraction experience you get with the FMJ without the discoloration.

What’s the difference?

The exterior. While the science behind the FMJ is still the same, a 99.9% copper sleeve for your vapcap, we have now plated it in 24K gold, so your stem is always ready for display.

Heat It Up.

The Simrell signature logo is more than a symbol of authenticity. The logo on the FMJ 24K Gold serves as a visual reference point for your torch.

For the perfect heat up, direct the flame at the Simrell logo. Once it clicks, you will have approximately 60 seconds to clear the bowl.

Advanced Heat Method.

By covering the airport on your stem, you will increase the pressure and the temperature inside of the chamber, resulting in the darkest roast possible. If you leave the airport wide open during your session, you will have lower pressure in the chamber and get a low temp, less dense extraction. To modify your roast, adjust the chamber heat/pressure by adjusting your airport usage.

Usage:

Just slide the cap over the cap of the Dynavap. Use is as described above. To pull it off (be careful, it's hot!), you can simply push the cap down until you can pull off the DynaVap cap. Then simply pull the FMJ 24K Gold away upwards.

Attention: the FMJ 24K Gold is only suitable for use with the newer Captive Caps. Copper does not work with Induction Heaters. PLEASE NOTE** The Gold FMJ is intended to be used with single flame lighters like the Honest jet flame lighter or similar. The Gold FMJ is not meant to be used with a dual flame, triple flame or large torches.
