Vestratto Tornado Inductionheater Vaporizer
Finally the Tornado made it way over the pont and into our shop. It is a very powerfull device that extracts its content in 2-3 very large puffs, making it perfect for the experienced Connaisseur. The Atomizer of the Tornado breaks down larger vapour droplets into a finer fog improving bioavailability and resulting in a smoother hit. It is powered by the patented Internal CopperCore. Tornados internal steel layer is medical grade while the external magnetic casing can be heated by torch or induction heaters like the Forge, Wand, or the Inductor for the ultimate experience.
Airflow on the Tornado is regulated primarily by your breath control or by external airflow controls in attached stems. We recommend a looser pack to allow full access to the convection airflow and optimal extraction and atomization.
The Hexagonal grip on Tornado XXL herb chambers allows for easy insertion, removal, and adjustment. Threaded bowls should be inserted into a cool oven, tightened to snug and then released 1/16th of a turn to prevent binding, CAUTION: The Tornado has the longest internal copper layer that Vestratto ever produced and expands and contracts significantly. Do not insert threaded bowls into hot ovens. This could cause threadlock and binding.
The Tornado XXL Herb Chamber is 55% larger than the ThermoCore's XL Bowl. With a medium grind it is close to 0.3 grams. Naturally this number has a large range based on the individual herb you are loading. Best extraction is always achieved with a loose pack.
Shipment includes the 14 mm WPA unit. The Tornado is still being produced in small batches and as such may have small variations from unit to unit. There are not heating guidelines at this time because the early adopters are still perfecting their techniques and experience and providing feedback.
The connector of the Tornado is shorter and is not intended to be 100% compatible with existing USA 8mm or Integrated stems. While it fits the connection will be looser. Also being 55% larger the Tornado herb chambers do NOT fit ThermoCORE and DuraCORE ovens.
Tipps and Tricks:
- If you are planning to use the WAND with the Tornado, make sure you insert the vaporizer from the bottom and NOT the top. The Tornado Cap expands a bit and can damage the glass and produce an Errorcode on the Wand Inductionheater.
- To decap your Tornado after the session we recommend the Vestratto Utility Case.
- If you want your Endgame Vaporizer setup we highly recommend to use the Tornado with the Inductor from Camouflet together. You will get the fastest and strongest hit that we can imagine yet. Absolutely mindblowing! It is expensive but worth it 100%. Be carefull while heating and just tapping the tornado onto the heating element a few times is enough!
- If you prefer a torch, make sure it has enough power and heat it in the middle of the cap untill it clicks (25-35 seconds).
- Don't overpack the chamber. We recommend using 0,05 -0,1 gram for optimal performance and airflow. Also the vapor will be rosted much more evenly loading less. Less is more ladys and gentlemen :).

You can use the Tornado with the 14.4mm WPA and any 14.4mm water filter of your choice. Stems are still in production and will be available in the coming weeks. If you prefer to use the Tornado for dry hits, the best option is a glass pipe like the one from Lotus.

Conclusion:
If you like TEDs like Dynavap and you are searching for a harder hit or a onehit extraction, the Tornado is as beasty as it gets. The flavour is fenomenal and it hits hard but smooth at the same time. You need to experience this to believe it. Super efficient the Tornado is here to stay. Give yourself some time to figure out how to use it best and it has a good chance to replace most of your other vaporizers, trust!
