Catnip, also known scientifically as Nepeta cataria, has been used historically and is still used by some people today to improve digestion and relax muscles.
The catnip is cut and from controlled organic cultivation.
Indication:
for nerve pain, stimulating, invigorating, antispasmodic, menstrual stimulant
Use:
Pour a cup (150ml) of boiling water over 2-3 teaspoons, leave covered for 10 minutes, strain, 3 cups a day
