Lime blossoms (tiliaceae), silver, cut, organic - 50g
Tilia spec., silver, cut flowers, certified organic cultivation. The sweet-smelling, yellow blossoms of the linden tree are popular for hot tea during the cold season. Lime trees can be found in almost all of Europe and are therefore widespread.
Indication:
for coughs and colds
Application for vaporizing: Temperature: approx. 130°C
Effect: cough suppressant, mucus-forming, antibiotic, antispasmodic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory.
Application: Kattarh, sore throat, cramps, pain, migraine, stomach problems, inflammation, restlessness.
Application as a tea:
Pour 1/4l of boiling water over 2 slightly heaped teaspoons of linden blossoms (ideally 80°C), let stand for 10 minutes and then strain. Drink this tea very hot. 1 teaspoon for 1/4l of water is sufficient as a house tea and for prophylaxis during cold periods. In this case, only drink the tea moderately warm.
