Flowermate's new Slick Vaporizer is the smallest herbal vaporizer from the Flowermate productline. The device is very easy to use. The Slick has three pre-set temperature levels: 196 ° C, 207 ° C and 215 ° C with a haptic feedback that vibrates to indicate when the device is ready. The black ceramic chamber can hold up to 0.4 grams and is equipped with a borosilicate glass mouthpiece. The isolated airflow travels up through the upper airflow vents to provide a cool and pure tasting vapor experience. The slick can be opened at the bottom to replace the rechargeable battery if needed.

Operation of the Slick Vaporizer

Preparing the Slick for the first use

1. When the slick is used for the first time, the bottom cap must be turned off. Remove the insulating foil and replace the cap. The battery is now ready to use.
2. The protective cap can be magnetically attached to the underside of the device.
3. By removing the mouthpiece, the heating chamber is exposed. Now the stuffed herbal or oil capsule can be used. The use of herbs without the herbal chamber is also possible.
4. The device is turned on by pressing the power button 5 times quickly. The temperature can be quickly changed by pressing the power button 3 times.

1. To switch the Slick on and off, the power button must be pressed 5 times in quick succession. The device then vibrates for 2 seconds.
2. The unit vibrates for 2 seconds when the selected temperature is reached.
3. After 5 minutes the heating cycle is finished and the Slick vibrates for 2 seconds and goes into sleep mode.

How to fill the chamber?

1. Remove the top cap and snap it into place at the bottom of the device
2. Remove mouthpiece
3. Grind the herbs medium-fine and pour into the enclosed stainless steel capsule. (Top Cap can be unscrewed)
4. Then close the capsule again and place in the vaporizer
5. Put back the mouthpiece and switch on the device. Set the desired temperature by pressing the power button three times.
6. For herbs we recommend the first to max. second stage.

How to fill oil / wax in the chamber

1. Use the oil / wax chamber to vaporize concentrates
2. The chamber should be filled with approx. 5 drops of oil (0.2 - 0.3 ml)
3. Let the oil rest for a few seconds
4. Concentrates are introduced around the recess of the lid. The organic cotton acts as a wick to absorb the waxes and oils.
5. Insert oil chamber and screw mouthpiece back on
6. For oils / waxes we recommend to use the highest temperature level.

Tips for using the Slick Vaporizer

Cleaning the device:
We recommend cleaning the device after each use. This ensures a long life and perfect functioning. Attention: The stainless steel chambers are hot after use. Best to let it cool down. The chambers can be rinsed with alcohol. Wipes can be used to clean the inner chamber. The mouthpiece can be cleaned with warm water or by soaking in isopropyl alcohol. After cleaning, rinse with water and allow to dry.

Battery & Charging: Micro-USB 5Pin DC 5V; 800-1000mA charging current
To charge the slick, the supplied USB cable must be inserted. The LED indicator lights red when charging and glows green when the device is fully charged.

Battery and Charging Safety Note:
The device should not be used during charging. This will damage the device. To avoid overheating, the device should not be charged overnight.

Overheating protection
If the ceramic heating chamber encounters abnormalities, the device will not heat. LED light will display red and flash 6 times (1 time/ 1 second)

Short circuit protection
In the case of a circuit, the device will not heat and the LED light will display red and flashes 3 times (1 time/ 1 second)

NTC (Thermo-sensor) Protection and short circuit
If the NTC is not detected by the Unit or the NTC encounters a short circuit, the device will not heat and the LED light will display red and flash 6 times (1 time/ 1 second)

Low voltage protection
If the battery voltage is lower than 3.3V (no load) the device will not work and the unit will need to be charged.
