Using the Utillian 8:

1. Fill the bubbler with water up to above the two air holes, check the filling quantity, dry everything and then place the bubbler back on the base of the Utillian 8
2. Turn the unit on by pressing and holding the power button for two seconds to start the heating cycle.
3. Add the concentrate to the Atomizer and use the Multitool as a Carp Cap.
4. You can also control the airflow with your hand by placing your index finger on the holes or leaving them open.
