How do you switch the PiD controller from Fahrenheit (default setting) to Celsius?
- Press the SET button once to enter the menu.
- Enter the password: 0089 ā this is a security measure to prevent accidental changes.
- Press SET -> Selection, then navigate to Corf (press down 5 times).
- Confirm with SET to enter the Corf settings.
- 0 is Celsius / 1 is Fahrenheit.
- After selecting Celsius (0), press SET to confirm.
- Navigate down once to END and confirm with SET again.
Initial Heat-Up and Recommended Temperature
Before first use: Heat the ball vape once without any herbs at a high temperature and allow it to run for approximately 10 minutes. Afterwards, let the device cool down before using it as normal.
Recommended temperature range: The temperature can be adjusted using the PID controller. A good starting range is approximately 285ā345Ā Ā°C or 550ā650Ā Ā°F.
The ideal setting depends on factors such as the bowl, the amount of material, airflow and draw speed. We recommend starting in the lower to middle part of the range and gradually increasing the temperature until the flavour, vapour production and extraction match your preference.
Please note: These values are intended as general guidance and are suitable for devices including the Brennix LiftOff, RubyTwist, One Hit Wonder and various Herborizer models.
Attention:
We recommend exercising caution, as incorrect settings may affect the deviceās functionality. Itās best to use a temperature conversion table from the internet. The other functions of this setup are too complex even for us, so we do not take responsibility if you experiment and change values other than the temperature unit.
