Injector-Style Ball Vape
The CouchLog Ball Vaporizer features a thoughtful and modular design. It consists of three parts: a mouthpiece, a rotary temperature controller, and the heart of the unit – the ball vape heater in injector style.
The injector and controller are connected by a practical, detachable cable. Ten temperature levels are available to you here. The manufacturer deliberately avoids complicated degree specifications – what counts here is personal feeling and intuitive operation.

Magnetic Base

Mouthpiece
The wooden mouthpiece is shaped to fit into a water filter with either a 14mm or 18mm joint. Inside the mouthpiece hides the herb chamber made of high-quality stainless steel. This is held securely in place by an O-ring but can be effortlessly removed for cleaning.
Adjustable Cooling
Below the removable herb chamber is the cooling unit. This is realized by an extract pad that can be removed for cleaning. Over time, reclaim collects on the pad. Put this into the heating chamber and you can vape even the last bit; nothing is wasted here.
You also have the option to modify the cooling. To do this, take out the pad and replace it with a supplied screen. Instead of the pad, you can now fill the mouthpiece with glass beads or rubies and thus influence the cooling performance.
Herb Chamber
The herb chamber has a size similar to a Dynavap and holds approx. 0.2 g of ground material. That is less than, for example, the herb chamber of the Brennix , but still sufficient for most.
Performance
The CouchLog is a heavy hitter.
It takes a few minutes to get up to temperature, which is completely normal for ball vapes due to their design. The heat first has to distribute from the heating element into the ceramic beads. Ceramic as a material has already proven itself perfectly in Arizer vaporizers: In combination with pure convection, it ensures an unadulterated, pure taste experience.
A little deceleration is good for everyone, and anticipation is the greatest joy. Well, after you’ve vaped your first bowl, the joy is most likely even greater – I admit it.
Water Filter Compatible
Once the injector is heated up, you place the previously filled mouthpiece on it and can either draw directly from it or put the whole thing on a bubbler of your choice. If you use an 18mm joint, please make sure that your water filter offers enough space inside. The mouthpiece is inserted quite deeply here, similar to the Tornado Full Rig. If you use a 14mm joint, however, you don’t need to worry about this.

If the joint of your water filter sits very close to the body, you can remove the upper wooden element, which serves as heat protection, from the heater. With the “naked” injector, you have a bit more clearance and can easily use even compact or specially shaped water filters.
The injector is manufactured with such precise diameter that it also fits directly into standard 14mm glass bowls. So you are not necessarily dependent on the supplied mouthpiece, but can integrate your existing equipment quite flexibly.
Heating Up
Whether cozy puffing or vaping everything in one big hit: The CouchLog Ball Vaporizer pushes you into the couch and lets you relax with glassy eyes for a moment. During this time, let the injector get back up to temperature for a few minutes. But you will also need this time to free yourself from the clutches of the sofa again.
If you lack patience or your friends want a turn right away, simply turn the controller to maximum for a short period and then back down to the desired level. This effectively shortens the heat-up time.
However, enjoyment is clearly the focus here. The pure taste of a ball vape, the warm feel of the wood, and the natural look – far removed from technical sterility – make the CouchLog a true feast for the senses.
Extras
But the CouchLog has a few more optional extras in store. It deliberately foregoes an On/Off switch and starts immediately as soon as it gets power.
