Attention: Apple has recently removed all Vape apps from the Appstore for an indefinite period of time. Unfortunately we don't know why and when the apps will be available again. There are no problems for Android users. The device can also be used without an app. However, you may not be able to use all functions within the app.

Note: The device becomes very warm, especially during long use at high temperatures. Particularly sensitive people should pay attention to this!

It can happen that the pearl breaks off at the IQ, this is not a guarantee case and is caused by turning the pearl in and out. Essential oils stick together the thread. This means that the pearl can only be loosened with force, which often causes it to break off at the point. We recommend you best not to turn the pearl at all and to leave it in the initial position.
