Shipping and returns
If you order for more than 100 Euro, we offer free shipping.
Shipping price per order:
Germany: shipping with insurance 5,00 Euro
All EU countries: shipping with insurance 15,00 Euro
For other countrys please eask in english, we will install your country and shiping cost in our shop for you and others. Place your order and we give you the right shipping cost after your purchase.
RU Russian Federation up to 5 Kg with DHL for 35,00 Euro
Other countries: please ask in english with your post code.
We usually ship all orders placed on weekdays within 24 hours. This excludes national holidays and weekends. Most orders leave the day they are placed but this is not guaranteed. Any order placed on a weekend or national holiday will be shipped on the next working day.
The deliverey takes estimated 1 - 2 working days in germany and 2 - 5 working days in the EU via a parcel service of our choice.
If you want to choose a different parcel service, please contact us and we can calculate the related shipping costs for you.
Shipping times are only estimated and not guaranteed. We can't control occasional inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, weather delays, and other factors that can delay your shipping. However, we will do our best that your order gets delivered as soon as possible.
If you are not entirely satisfied with the products that you ordered you can return them to us within 14 days after delivery. A exchange or a refund is possible if the returned product are complete in original packaging, unused and in perfect condition.
For all returns you will need to arrange and pay the shipping of the products to us.

Please note, we can't accept returned goods that we reasonably believe had been used.
For returned products, please keep the proof of posting. We assume no liability for parcels lost in transit. Please ensure that the returned product is properly packed, sealed and includes the original invoice.
