Shipping and returns

Free Shipping to EU as from 100 Euro orders.

One orders one shipping price:
Germany: shipment with insurance 5,00 Euro
All in the EU: shipment with insurance 15,00 Euro

All others please ask in English with your post code.

We normally ship all orders placed on weekdays within 24 hours. This excludes national holidays and weekends. Many orders leave the day they are placed but this is not guaranteed. Any order placed on a weekend or national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days via a courier of our choice. This is only an estimate.
We reserve the right to use any courier of our choice as our shipper. This allows us to offer free shipping and low prices on our website. We may ship your products via a courier of your choice. You need to inform of us this at the time of your order. Please note this may void any shipping allowances currently offered.
Shipping times are only estimates and are not guaranteed. We cannot control occasional inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, weather delays, and other factors that can delay your shipment. However, we will do our best to get your order out to you as soon as possible.

Returns:

Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete in original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.

Making Returns
For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
To return any products to us, please:

Clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange.

Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.
When returning items to us please retain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please take care to ensure that the returned item is properly packed and sealed and includes the original Invoice and Despatch Note.
